ABOUT

‘Semeiosthesia…’ is an ode to the spaces in between and the secret life of things; everyday objects reveal their hidden nuances. Contemplative and surreal, these poems are found somewhere in the memory of instants – a nudge and a wink to the making of life in the objects that we shape and the worlds that we create, and the cracks in time that allow us to revisit them. ‘Semeiosthesia’ crosses the boundaries of our separate senses to collect textures, images and scents. Language appears as a colourfully quilted assemblage where words themselves become objects: a tumbling alphabet block sculpture, where images transform as they react to one another.
